Way to go this weekend ladies I am very proud of you as usual, now we see that we can accomplish anything when we put our minds to it keep up the good work and help each other to get better and as a team we will accomplish our goals. I love you and I will see you'll in a couple of weeks again I am extremly proud of all the hard work.

What's good Neptune FAM? Just checking the site and wanted to let the girls know how proud I am of thier positive progression towards a State and possibly a National Championship!!! Thats my word! You CAN Do It, you have the talent. Stay agressive and remember, " DEFENSE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS!!!
